Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new company gets a 2-month trial with no payment details required. After the trial, you pay only for what you use.
Is Core HR required?
Yes. Every account includes Core HR, billed 50 BDT per active employee per month. The Payroll, Recruitment, and CRM add-ons are optional and billed on top of Core HR.
How is the Payroll add-on billed?
Payroll stacks on the same active-employee meter as Core HR, at an extra 50 BDT per active employee per month.
How is Recruitment billed?
Recruitment is billed 100 BDT per job posted. You are billed for the jobs you publish that month, not for how long a listing stays open.
How is CRM billed?
CRM is billed 200 BDT per block of 1,000 CRM clients. A partial block still counts as a full block, so 1,200 clients bills as two blocks.
How are active employees counted?
Only active employees are billed each month. Deactivated employees are not billed, and you can add or remove employees at any time.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices exclude 15 percent VAT. Invoices show subtotal, VAT, and total, and a tax invoice is available from your account.
