What the difference actually means
OrangeHRM is a real, established HR tool. The gap is in payroll and hosting.
Payroll that runs, not just a connector
Utso works out TDS itself, and pays staff as often as you need: daily, weekly, every two weeks, or monthly. OrangeHRM’s own site describes a Payroll Connector that links to a separate external payroll provider, so you would still need to find and set up a Bangladesh payroll system yourself.
